Pre Season Underway!

Hard work in that humidity, but great fun and a good first workout.

Following yesterdays first pre-season session we caught up with the manager afterwards to hear his thoughts on how he felt it went.

“We asked the lads to come back fit and ready to go and they have done just that.

Today was as tough a session as you’ll find as I’ve done many, but everyone got through it which tells me they’re here to make their mark. Having the right characters who are willing to put the work in and improve is key to achieving success.

I’ve shown last season that I am not afraid to give youngsters their chance, I’m looking to build a team with a good group of players who want to win things, and for that it takes discipline, sacrifice and a never say die mentality” – Michael McGrath
