COACHES’ CORNER: Bren Kelly previews Welwyn Garden City FA Cup tie

Ahead of Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup Third Round Qualifying match, at home to Welwyn Garden City (3:00 KO), manager Bren Kelly has previewed the fixture.

“It’s back to cup action this weekend, as we prepare for another game. We will be treating this the exact same as any other game.

“It’s important we don’t get hyped up just because it’s the furthest we have ever got in the FA Cup. We will be concentrating on ourselves, to make sure we approach this the same we would a league game.

“We beat Welwyn twice when we was at Step Four, but this is a different test and a lot has happened at both clubs since then.

“We are in decent form and we must at least maintain that to have a chance of qualifying. Spirits are good in the camp and tough decisions will need to be made with squad selection. But we will be leaving everything out there to get the win.

“As always, I urge each and every one of you to bring the noise – you can make that all important difference!”
