PLAYER NEWS: Carter Commits!

Manager Scott Adey-Linforth and chairman Rod Brown are delighted to announce that, following discussions with Ash Carter, the club has secured his commitment for the remainder of this season and next season.

This comes as the defender, who has impressed massively since joining the club in October, recently turned down a seven-day approach from another Midlands-based club.

Reflecting on this extremely positive news for the club, Scott Adey-Linforth commented: “Ash has been tremendous since he come in. He’s one of the best defenders in the league and it’s not just his skills on the pitch – it’s what he brings to the dressing room. He’s a real leader and we couldn’t imagine the dressing room without him, so it’s a big plus for us.

“He knows the level and he definitely sets the foundations to build a really strong team around him, which we’ve started to do.

“I’d like to thank Rod and the board for their assistance in helping us being able to deliver this wonderful news to you Rouslers!”

We hope you will join us in celebrating this great news!
