Opposition

  • Barwell sit 13th in the league table, with 45 points from 31 games.
  • They are on a five match unbeaten run in the league (W1 D4) and have only lost one of their last eight league games (Lowestoft, Home, 0-3). They have only drawn six matches all season in the league.
  • Away from home, they have played 15 games, picking up 16 points (W4 D4 L7).
  • They have drawn their last three on the road, all with a scoreline of 1-1.
  • Their last away league win was on 3rd December 2019 (Stratford Town, 1-5). They have been on a six matchless winless streak in away league matches (D3 L3).
  • They have not scored more than two goals in a league game since 21st December 2019, where they scored four in a 5-4 away defeat to Peterborough Sports.
  • Despite these lack of recent goals, they are the league’s seventh highest goalscorers, with 54 goals, and have two players in the league’s top 12 goalscorers (Brady Hickey – 15 goals, joint 4th & Omotolani Omotola – 13 goals, 12th).

This is our first game of another new month and simply, we need BIG numbers for what is another crucial league match; we are well and truly amidst the business end of the season and each match is HUGE. Come along, make plenty of noise and get that Shed End BOUNCING, in all its glory!
