Ahead of Tuesday night’s Southern League Cup second round match versus Coalville Town (7:45 KO), manager Bren Kelly has previewed the fixture, looking at Saturday’s win and injuries that came out of that match.
“Following a pleasing result at Leiston over the weekend, we travel back to Coalville for the second time this season.
“Saturday was very pleasing, due to the squad being stretched; players had to be extremely versatile and play in other positions and they did great.
“With finishing the game with 10 men, due to Richard Gregory’s injury, and having using three subs already, the lads had to dig deep.
“But not only that, they kept attacking, even when the game was finished at four and five nil.
“However, this is a much more difficult test at Coalville and we have with Richard Gregory, Nathan Hayward and Tom Taylor all doubtful too.
“The squad will be fully used again and we want to do well in this cup, so we will be giving our all.”
