Match News: Matches, Coach Travel & Previews

It’s another busy week in store for Bromsgrove Sporting; here is an outline of what to expect and how you can get involved!

  • Firstly, we entertain Coventry Sphinx in a Total Motion Midland Football League Premier game at the Victoria Ground on Tuesday evening (7:45 KO). Sphinx have recently rocketed up the table, currently lying in fourth place. Furthermore, our away game against them in the league back in August (third league game of the season) saw us lose 2-0, so there will be scores to settle in what will be an extremely tough game against a very useful outfit.
  • Saturday sees us visit Berkshire-based Thatcham Town in the last 16 of the FA Vase. This is a side that have been on a lengthy winning run, having won their last 18 games (a streak that goes back to 31st October 2017).
  • As things stand, there are still coach tickets available to this game. Contact Tony Unwin via Facebook or Brian Andrews-Rowley via Twitter for more details. Tony should be situated behind the goal Sporting are shooting towards in both halves of the Coventry Sphinx game, where he will accept payments. BE QUICK, THEY WILL BE SNAPPED UP!
  • Check Twitter and the website for interviews and build-up content with players and management ahead of Saturday’s FA Vase encounter.

Now 19 wins for Thatcham, they are top of the table and scoring a lot of goals. Greens will need to be at their best – good luck to all
