COACHES’ CORNER: Bren Kelly previews Rushall Olympic

Ahead of Tuesday’s match, away to Rushall Olympic (7:45 KO), manager Bren Kelly has previewed the fixture, reflecting on Saturday’s win and also our last encounter with Rushall.

“Following an important away win at Biggleswade, we travel to Rushall for a massive test in out next fixture. Rushall are an excellent side with lots of power and pace.

“We played them last season early on and it was the best 1-1 draw I’ve ever been involved in – a great game of football, with lots of talking points, and I predict a similar game this time around.

“The artificial surface will be different to what we are used to, but we believe we have what it takes to get a positive result.

“We’ve started okay in my opinion and a good result here will really enhance our confidence and belief.

“The support down at Biggleswade on Saturday was amazing considering all the COVID rules and regulations that we all need to adhere by and I hope the Sporting faithful will arrive again in numbers.”
